Starter is ok, engine turns over fine. Alternator is fine. I believe its a fuel problem. How do I check fuel pressure?

U will need to buy a fuel pressure test gauge, about $25-$5, to hook this up go to the top of the engine and u will see a supply rail that fits over the top of the fuel injectors, in the pipe/rail there is a test port valve, it should be fairly easy to spot, the gauge goes there, crank the engine and u should have around 45-50 PSI of fuel pressure.

if you think its a fuel problem then unfortunately you may have to get a smoke test done. it can be pricey but what they do is inject nitrogen in your fuel system to determine if the are leaks. also it could be a clogged fuel filter, try replacing that as well.

Our Chrysler Concord 2001 will not start.

Check the basic three. Petrol (gasoline) engines need fuel, air and spark. When you turn the key if it just winds it could be a spark plug issue. If it tries to fire but won't actually start it could be a fuel supply issue. If you get dash lights but nothing else it may be electrical power to the starter. And finally, if you get nothing at all it's probably the battery.

Where is the fuse located for the heater on a 1998 Chrysler concord?

Locate the fuse panel (in a concord, it's probably on the driver's side of the vehicle) on the side edge when you open the door. It could also be under the dash near the floor board of the passenger side. Each fuse panel will have a diagram showing which fuses belong to which systems in the car.

Changed water pump now 1998 chrysler concord 3.2 won't start

if the water pump was a internal water pump it runs off timing belt. timing may be out. This happens alot and it dosent have to be out much to keep it from starting. This could be the problem if it is a internal pump and happens alot. I have fix alot of cars with this problem.

Turns over but will not start--was running fine

Sounds like your timing belt popped. Hope you didn't mess up the motor when it went. May have bent some valves. Has it been awhile since it was replaced? Check it first.
