Question about 2004 Saturn VUE
I had the same problem; this vehicle has the Honda engine/trans... 3.5L- it's not the trans but the torque converter locking and unlocking every second or two when driving between 35-45 mph under light load; it sets no codes and is very annoying... You'll see a 50-100 rpm fluctuation on the tach... My dealer did nothing for me- I don't have the car anymore as I couldn't take it... LOL

Sounds to me like you possibly have another option. Lemon law states (I believe) if you take the car back four times for the same problem, and it still does not get resolved, they have to supply you with a new car. I think, but I would check into it. Don't take no or "There's nothing we can do about it" for an answer. Good luck. As the consumer, you have the upper hand in this situation. Call consumer affairs and call BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) They should be able to help you.
