It's usually an indication of the blend door actuator problem. The blend door actuator is vacuum driven. Check under the hood along the firewall to trace the vacuum line and look for any leaks.

Vents won't blow hot or cold air. Comes from defrost and feet when you put fan on.

It's the vent actuator, it moves the baffle that changes the direction of the air flow.
Here is a video of a broken vacuum hose that creates the same problem.

It could also be a failed actuator.

Why does My thermostat Not switch between ac,heat, defrost . there's cold air coming out of vents but not cold enough to be ac. Initially when this started the ac was blowing hot air

If the air flow cannot be controlled from vent/defrost/floor you may have a blend door issue. This is an electric motor that operates a door in the heating system to control airflow. There are usually 3 motors controlling airflow direction, heat and recirculation. The Ac not blowing cold may also be another problem. If the AC is operational, the compressor will be engaged and the Ac low pressure line under the hood will bw cold. If this is all ok then a blend door issue should be suspected

Kia Sedona- center and third row heating vents blowing cold air

There is a separate button on the lower dash labeled RR HTR for the rear heater. If you do not engage the switch it will blow cold air.

Rear a/c heat vent do not work

Sounds like the flapper valve for the rear heater/AC core is not doing its job to send the air through the AC core when called for.

Another clue of this is the fact that the air is coming out on the lower vents when it should be up high fro AC.

Have someone listen back by the fan inlet in the back usually on the right while you switch between AC and heat to see if they hear any noise or change in air flow.

Worst case is that the interior panel there has to be removed to service the assembly behind it.

Ac will not work...heat works but ac will not..air comes out but it is not cool and when i switch vent from feet to window it does not work...

Most likely your A/C gas has run out or your A/C compressor is faulty. do you feel a drop in power when you engage the air conditioning?

The Heat/Vent fan is not turning on

it can be simple and cheap to repair if the problem appear to be less gas but it also can be a problem with the air compressor which make in it a little bit expansive.
