Engine shakes when Idling/ Check Engine Light started blinking

This sounds exactly like the problem my Mazda is having. Everytime the van is idling, it starts to shake. It's not continuous, but seems to shake every 5-6 seconds. It also sound like the muffler sputters when idling. When I shift it down to 3rd or put it in nuetral the shaking minmizes, but you can still barely feel it. The check engine light came on when it first started to shake, but now it's starting to blink everytime the van is turned on.

I just fixed a similar problem on my van there is a rubber elbow on the end of the pvc hose that connects to the valve cover you can only buy the elbow with the hose and it costs about 100 bucks but i guess they have had to replace a lot of these because the new one looks twice has strong you just have to check and see if its collapsed in on itself preventing air movement or leaking the shop will charge you 175 dollars to fix it plus the part but it only takes 20 minutes good luck

Van shaking

Have the engine mounts checked. If the van runs OK, and it idles OK except for shaking at idle, it may be loose or broken engine mounts.

Check engine light keeps blinking and car shaking as the rpm has gone lower

No, you may have got the ignition system wet. The flashing check engine light indicates an ignition misfire. You probably need a tune up including some spark plug cables. It may run better when it dries out, but it will come back again when it get's wet.

2003 Mazda MPV - started the van up this afternoon and it was running very sluggish and jerky...especially when at a stop but not necessarily while in park idling.

Sounds like you are having random misfires of your plugs which could indicate a need for a tuneup (or if you've changed your plugs, you didn't use the OEM plugs). What's your mileage? Is your check engine light coming on?

looks like not enough fuel pressure, check the fuel filter.
and the fuel pump pressure.with car running 60 psi
the pump is located at the rear seat driver side you have to remove the carpet to access the cover. if the fuel pressure checked "OK" suspect defective maf sensor (sometimes defective maf sensor do not show errors codes)another way to test is disconecting the maf sensor and start the car (computer goes to limp in mode) and works little better,or check by scanner idle= low grams per seconds and increase when accelerate.

Car vibrating while idling

Sounds like it is missing badly and would not be so noticeable when running. Have you had it tuned up lately? Could be wires and plugs need replacing. Also if you have a lot of miles on the engine the compression in the cylinders may be low. Two possibilities.
