You need to be more elaborate if you really want help. Does it happen right after you start it up, 10 minutes into it, or 3 hours after starting it. Doe it happen all the time? does it only happen when its hot? When the radios on? be more descriptive please. We can not help you without you helping us.

Doesn't sound good ,head gasket I think,Napa sells a combustion leak detector for about 40 bucks ,simple to use ,just some blue fluid that turns green if there is "exhaust" in the cooling system, might be cheaper than having some shop guess.

2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee back fire

Backfiring is caused by unburned fuel igniting in the exhaust system, which could be the header, catalytic converter, muffler or exhaust pipe. Red hot is caused by the burning fuel. You either have a timing issue or you are not getting enough air flow into the fuel injection system, which can happen for several reasons. I would try to find a good local mechanic and pick their brain.

When gasoline is reaching empty my car starts loosing power, then when i fill it half a tank it runs with good power

Bad fuel filter or is small hole in sending unit in tank.
All Chrysler products recommend driving with at least half tank of gas to keep fuel pump cool in hot weather especially.

blend door actuators. If you have the AZC system (automatic zone control) used in the limited (the one with dual digital readouts) you can use the on board diagnostic to read the code. while running, press the a/c and recirc buttons at same time then turn drivers temp control one click clockwise. release a/c and recirc buttons. If you have codes that show up, write them down and google search for these codes. It will tell you exactly what is wrong.
