Question about 1999 Buick LeSabre

I have a 99 Buick LeSabre with the same problem.

The mid vents to not work at all regardless of the settings selected for heat or air conditioning. Air comes out weakly from the top vents and strong through the floor vents.

    Where would these tubes be located under the hood? I have looked online for a manual but cant seem to find one that gives the layout of the car.

For my 1975 buick lesabre it was a vacume hose that conected to the fire wall i also learned that behind the clove box theier are two control arms one on top one on the bottom i believe the top controled hot and cold the bottom controled driver and pass ie left vents or right vents thank you ifixed mine hope the same 4 u

This vehicle uses a climate control module as well as electrical solenoids that control the position of the vents. Either one could be bad

If car has had dash work vent tubes may not be attached to vent opening if the job wasnt done properly-or tubes may be cracked or missing

    tubes would be behind the dash the climate controle that door that changes vents could be stuck if it has solenoids this too could be the problem --sorry to say all the above things are packed very tightly under the dash best of luck !! get back to us if no luck! ps a good flashlight helps some

Could be a vacuum actuator problem. or just a vacuum leak, period. I have a Jeep that when it has a vac leak, the climate system defaults to the defrost, no matter what you set it at.
