Do u have the new part? if not get it and look at the exhaust pipe, you will see it screwed into the exhaust pipe near the engine, u will need a special tool to replace it.

The o2 sensor is usually on the exhaust manifold, or int pipes that lead to the catalytic convertor. It sniffs the summed exhaust gasses from the engine, so look for it in the plumbing AFTER the headers.manifold comes together into one pipe.
It is a threaded sensor about the size of a spark plug.

Usually it is not too hard to get to, sometimes you have to get to it from underneath. The cost to DIY is only the cost of the O2 sensor and is usually under 75$. Just take the old one out (make sure your car is cooled off all the way) and screw the new one in, and re-connect electric connector.

1990 Buick Century Wheel Cylinder

I would guess it is metric,as are most all bolts, except some large size chassis bolts, and have been since about 1983. You got rust issues also.
