While driving I went through a very deep puddle a bit to fast and the car died. upon trying o start it again the starter seams to throw out but will not turn. I have swaped all the relays and checked fueses. all seam to be working as well as the battery is fully charged. when turning the key to start the car you can hear the starter getting power and the bendix doing its thing but the starter will not spin. any help is greatly appreciated

Is this a manual or automatic tranny? I would be looking at the gearshift selector, did you try starting it in neutral, as opposed to park, if it's an auto, and how about a switch on the clutch pedal to prevent starting in gear, if it's a manual? How about wiring to the neutral safety start switch? Any fuses, circuit breakers been checked? What year truck?
I'm just throwing things out there, just to check before you spend any more money that you don't have to.
I could use a battery, right now- got an extra one?
:-)
Good luck and keep us posted.

There's only 2 more things that I can think of, check the fuse for the ignition, then the computor itself, you did everything else.It might be the problem and may not.

check all fuses,,, starter Ok? the ingnition switch most likely ,,check to see if there is a power fuse or a strap type fuse that is burned into fusable links also if any are present.they would be on or close to a positive acess for jumping car

your starter solenoid is out. may have even blown a fuse under the hood in the fuse box in front of the driver. i believe it is a 30 amp.
