SOURCE: electric window cable solution
I have the same truck and I had the same problem a few days ago. The dealer wanted $500 per window to fix it. I did it for $80 per window and it was an easy fix. Here is what I did.
1. Go the local parts store and get the appropriate window regulator.
2. There are about 8 screws that hold the door panel on the door, remove them. The door panel should lift up easily. If it’s hard you are missing a screw.
3. Disconnect the door locking latches and other applicable electrical cables from the door panel. The electrical cables should have male and female plugs that come apart easily.
4. There are about 8 bolts that hold the window regulator to the door and the window. Just unbolt the old regulator and replace it.
If my explanation isn’t clear enough get a chilton auto repair manual and it will have some pictures.

Testimonial: "Thanks. It cost $350CF to replace the whole setup, except for the motor. It is a large aluminium stamping with all cables, pulleys etc. attached. "
The winder mechanism is plastic and prone to snapping. get a new lifter assembly. but keep your old winder motor as this is not included. Remove the door trim - screws in handle and pops around edge,(difficult to get door card past door handle take care) - disconnect elect plugs for speakers and door controls . then push out the plastic pin that connects the drive to the glass frame - awkward job - needs patience and care. hope this helps - good luck.
