Where is 1992 mazda protege thermostat bypass hose?

I don't know.
The idea of a bypass hose is rather old-fashioned and mostly these were deleted decades ago due to the fact they slow the engine warm-up.

These days the bypass, if required is either an internal port or if the heater matrix is permanently supplied with coolant it performs the function of a bypass.

Most modern engines are fitted with a degassing system and that is perhaps what you are thinking of. Earlier types often circulated a small amount of coolant from under the thermostat to prevent gas accumulation interfering with the thermostat operation while some later types were connected above the thermostat and sometimes the radiator.

My heater will only get warm in my 2005 mazda tribute

Be a bit more specific. Does the heater switch when turned on to the fullest work? If not change change blower motor control module in glove box. Check thermostat is not stuck? Check coolant level..etc.

maybe you thermostat is not working properly. if the water from the hose is flowing through your cooling system freely that tells me your thermostat is wide open

929 Mazda (1992) No Heat But A/C Works I have a 929 Mazda 1992 year. Does not blow any heat. I noted that the 30 amp fusible link for the heater was busted. Replaced it but still no heat. A busted fuse...

First check your fluid in your radiator if its low your heater will not work. Check all your heater hoses and make sure they are not kinked.
Your heater core may be plugged That will stop the heat flowing as well. If it's the heater core it will have to come out and replaced most likely. Not sure if there is a heater valve on that car.

When I turn on heater or defrost, the vehicle does not heat. I think I need to locate and replace thermostat in 2003 Mazda Tribute

if the operating temperature for the engine is normal, i would check to see if the valve that directs hot coolant to the heater core is moving. good luck.
