First I would make sure your tires are properly balanced. A common diagnosis of this problem is worn front end components such as tie rod ends, control arm bushings, ball joints etc.

1= Universal joints or yokes, or drivesshaft splines are worn.
2) driveshaft is bent
3)engine or transmission, or center driveshaft nager might be loose or worn.

Shaking like that is generally associated with most commonly, unbalanced tires. You also should have the driveshaft universals checked for excess play. Either can give you a shake at certain speeds.
