Problem for Isuzu 2001 Trooper

Changed plugs and had a miss vehicle was not missing before so i

bought wires still missing truck ran fine on old plugs with 159000 miles on them in a 2000 chevy 2500 5.7 should i put my old plugs back in even though i broke on can i mix in an alternate plug whats going on

Is the check engine light on? Have it scanned. Autozone will do it for free. This will tell you which cylinder is the problem. One of the new plugs is likely cracked.
