Check your MAF sensor. They get dirty. TPS can fail too.

Light came backm on

sensor two (downstream) is an O2 sensor that measures O2 content in the catalytic converter, it has no effect on drivability, but if the car runs well, you probably have some sort of exhaust leak before that sensor. If it runs bad, you may have a clogged cat. Also, check with a scanner that does Data reading to see if that sensor is basically giving the same readings, not varying millivolt readings from about .1 to .9 volts like the upstream sensors.

I want to bypass my lower O2 sensors on a 02 Mazda tribute 3.0

I unplugged mine and they actually sell plugs but you can actually just unplug them with no problems. Check engine light will most likely come on. But wont effect drivability.

I failed the emisson's test. I have a 97 Nissan

P0136 indicates a bad O2 sensor. This reports poor emission performance back to the car's PCM (computer)
P0325 indicates a bad "Knock" sensor which would adversely effect drivability as far as performance is concerned. Only way to fix these 2 problems is replacement of the 2 components.

My cavalier was running fine til it lacked power on acceleration then started idling rough. could this be an o2 sensor? if so how many do I have?

On O2 sensor problem will not cause any drivability issues, if it goes wacko the computer just subs a know good signal from the read only menory data banks, what code do u have? how is the fuel pressure? is it overheating?
