The Crownwheel And Pinion is a 10 Bolt, Diff 5.125:1 ratio from a TD01W Escudo
modified Carrier with 26 splide HD side gears from a TD11W V6 Escudo
Steel Diff casing is from 2004 Grand Vitara

My Suzuki Escudo loses power when you accelerate. has just had new fuel filter and leads fitted, but still no difference, Any suggetsions

Did you get to correctly tighten the pinion nut to the proper ft pounds of torque level? This nut sets the preload on the pinion bearings, and if this value is not correct, things can go bad quickly.
Were you also able to replace the crush sleeve?
If not, this may also be the issue.
