Clunk sound{ loud} when going over bumps and dips: Especially when turning right, sounds like something under the car is going to break in half! Stabilizer bar came loose a few months ago, and was not put...

The stabilizer bar could be your problem however, since the clunking sound occurs when you go over bumps and dip it sounds to me that your problem is a bad or broken strut or strut mount. I would suggest that you check all of your struts. If a strut does break off it can potentially cause you to loose a tire while driving . I hope this helps you out, and good luck.

When i make a left turn i hear a bumping and

Several possibilities.

If when slow and tight turns, then probably CV joints. About $100/axle, and if there is no visible tear in boots, might as well do both right and left.

If more at higher speed, and feel vibration in brake pedal, then more likely wheel bearing. Wheel bearings need press on front wheel drive, so about $200.

Last choice is ball joints, because hard to check. See if rubber boot is ripped. You can take pressure off and check for looseness, but not always reliable, and they often get tight before getting loose.
Ball joints will usually make vibration after road bump and may also make thump when braking. If McPherson struts, then only 1 on a side, about $75 each. If not ripped boot, I would do pair. If not strut suspension, then there are 2 per side.

Front driver side suspension knock over bumps

See if you can bounce car and replicate the noise. If you can, you should be able to find it, and put your hand on it. Stabilizer bushing are a place to look, both at the lower a arm and on the frame. If you narrow it down to the strut, it will need to be replaced. The front trans mount also goes bad, try putting it in drive with your foot on the brake and give it some gas and see if the engine moves an excessive amount.

Driving over bumps and rough roads I hear and feel of loose clattering or cliking sounds,as something is loose

most likely your problem is the exhaust system bumping. If it sounds like it is coming from front of vehicle, it may be struts clunking. Rear shocks can also do this if they are worn.

FRONT SUSPENSION NOISE WHEN GOING OVER BUMPS IN ROAD

These are the posibility of creating noise in your front wheel when you go over the bump.
1) check axle drive if the rubber boot are broken, if so, replce axle drive bothside.
2) check the strut shock absorber if the knot by the hood are loose. To check, step on by your door and start jumpping, then you could hear it.
3) check all the rubber bushing or the linkage knots and screws from the stabilizer to the suspention. just all those have a bushing underneath the car, or just try to tightening all the screws.ok
