Sounds like your fuel pressure regulator. Check vacuum connection at fuel pressure regulator. That's the only easy check. the rest may have to be trial and error, i.e replacing fuel pressure regulator and then fuel pump if that doesn't work.

Run it back to autozone and while running have them test your charging system. It sounds like a low voltage situation. Alternator is probably not putting out enough voltage to run ignition, charge battery and run all accessories at same time,

Try replacing your Engine Coolant Temp Sensor, it's cheap and easy to replace. Just remember do it when the coolant is cool to work with before you start cracking a pressurized system.

You ignition switch located on the transmission is going bad I do think. It can have loose bolts as well making this happen. Check it out and see if its tightly mounted first
