I am a service advisor at a gm dealer. you will need to call the dealer as if you hold radio preset buttons 2 and 3 you will get three numbers, right them down. then press the am/fm button to get the other three numbers. Many "nice" service departments will step you through this. The code is called into an automatic GM phone number and inputed by phone. GM will then give them the four digit unlock code. Its inputted by pressing the hour and minute buttons until the code is shown on the display. After the code is inputted, hit the am/fm button again, turn the car off and on again and it will be unlocked.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
