Yes. need to replace your heater control valve, check e-bay for a great price. you may also have a vaccume hose ruptured (hole in it)
I hope this will help you.

Heater doesn't work with my 2000 Lexus RX 300. a/c works fine but no heat even when I set the temp to 75 or higher

Possible air bubble trapped in the HVAC unit so the heat from the engine is not getting to the heat exchanger

1999 lexus rx 300 need help to know were the a/c fan relay is locaited

Its in the dash, far left side in a juction box, trim will need to be removed. What exactly is the problem? If the motor doesnt work, rap on it a few times, if it starts to blow, replace the blower motor. If not, check if both wires have power, if they do, then the blower controller may be bad.

No heat blower work fine some warm air not hot at all

May need to change the thermostat,or a vent door is not opening. Also, make sure that the coolant level is full also.Check to see if it has a heater control valve, that is bad, should be inline with the heater hoses going to the heater core.Last but not least, the heater core could be stopped up,use a water hose to flush it out.I hope this was helpful.

1992 es 300 lexus heater is blowing cold

. Yes it could. some are vacuum powered, cable powered (mechanically) or electric powered. If the valve does not open. The hot water will not get to the heater core. It could also be the thermostat not opening.
