Question about 2008 Jeep Commander

Location of 2008 Jeep Commander fuse panel

The owner's manual says the fuse panel is located on lower left below the steering wheel. There is no diagram and no obvious way to get to it... appreciate any help!

Many thanks, that was a far better description of where to find it. The diagram in the manual and choice of words were pretty much useless. Success!

Try lookinmg just about where your left foot would be if you put up and as far left as possible, or look up under that side. If the manual says it's there it's there?

2008 ford f-150 fuse location for horn

I will just about 100% guarantee this is not a fuse problem, and even it was what blew the fuse, a shorted horn for sure, so even if you installed a new fuse it would pop again. Go to the Horns and test them if they work you most likely have a defective coiled ribbon contact drum under the steering wheel, it is called the "Clockspring contact drum" Below is a link to a free owners manual. Look in the section called "Roadside Emergencies" http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/catalog/owner_guides/08f12og1e.pdf

Need to find cigarette lighter fuse location

Hello Dona109. According to the owners manual I have for a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, it is the Slot 26 fuse in the fuse panel. The fuse panel is on the lower instrument panel just to the left of the steering column.
Here is a quick pic I took, and illustrated so you can see which one needs to be replaced:

Fuses

Interior fuses are located on the knee kick panel just under the steering wheel. Take a flat blade screw driver and turn the big plastic screws a quarter turn and the panel will come off > Fuses are on the left of the steering wheel.
Other fuses are located in the engine compartment right in front of the brake master cylinder...
Check the owners' manual for which is which ..
