HARD STARTING ENGINE CUTS OUT AFTER A HALF A KM.HAD IT CHECKED NO ELECTRICAL PROBLEM

you get half a turn and cut out and try again and starts, I would be looking at the key recongnition ring at the ignition, the vehicle fobe mey loose the reading or it is difected, could also be that you are using the other key on the car and has a hard time recongnicing it. can also be a bad connection at the battery and or the starter motor. if only happings in the morning or after the vehicle has been parked 6 to 8 hours, I would also che you battery, but I would think that the battery has been replaced in 8 years I hope, well good luck.

I'm guessing fuel system. Check fuel pump for proper voltage and operation. Hopefully no foreign particles didn't get into your injectors (fuel injection). change fuel filter. Clean your gas tank by taking it down and get out the deposits. Hope that helps

Module overheating and cuts engine

start going through all of the body and engine grounds. look for any that are corroded or loose. Had a similar issue on a domestic vehicle. It had been at the body shop post my wife wrecking the car. The body shop left half the grounds off or loose. The thing was going nuts. Spent two days looking in, under, and around the enngine bay and found a body ground off on the lower firewall. The car went right back to normal as soon as I re-attached that one body ground.

Electrical probblems are always the hardest to solve. I don't believe it to be the ecu, because when one fries it doesn't work at all but that may be the case. I believe from what you describe there is a short somewhere between an important censor and the ecu, like mas, 02 or throttle positioning censors. Ive also come across cases of which the catalytic converter was clogged making the car not operate correctly. Hope this helps.

Need info on timing belt 1998 hyundai elantra

The timing belt is normally replaced at 100,000 km (approx. 60,000 mi), but must be checked for wear and tear starting 75,000 km(approx. 45,000 mi) along with a major tune-up.

The switch near the shifter is the ECT (transmission control) which selects NORMal driving mode, and PoWeR mode. It is the battle between economy (NORM) and driving performance (PWR). As tested, the PWR mode delays your A/T upshift to a higher RPM. This utilizes your engine's higher revs, but really cuts into fuel economy.

Hope this helps.

Suzuki liana 2003 only done 14000 km will only run for 20 minutes

Have you checked all fuses for the cooling fans? Seems to be that the car is warming up to temp and then some, and protecting itself from overheating by shutting down the engine.
