Lexus 93 ls400 remote not working for driver's door

if all other doors work the door lock actuator needs replaced most likely. if door switch works the same. if not then it could be a bigger problem in the circuit or remote control module. use a meter to test for signal to lock actuator. if no signal then ck control unit. if signal replace lock actuator.

What is the meaning of vfc in the 2005 rx 330 lexus

We are assuming that you are talking about the VSC (Vehicle Stability Control) and VSC OFF message.

Stability control systems are offered under the following names: On Lexus is called as Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management (VDIM) with Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Traction Control (TRAC) systems.

It can mean a lot of things. Usually, it is an engine fault that leads to VSC cancellation as well. Scanning for actual fault codes would be a good start.

Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important and I'll appreciate your time and consideration if you leave some testimonial comment about this answer.

Thank you for using Fixya, and have a nice day.

Can not open the door by remote control even using the new second one,

YOU MUST program the remote with the instructions that came with it and the 2ND and 3rd remote does not get programmed with all the steps as the first remote.
