Neutral safety switch on transmission might be a good place to look, or ignition that is on the column.

1997 Buick Park Ave won't start

Assuming the engine is in sound running condition, if the engine is not turning over at all when you hit the starter then the problem is with the starter motor or the starter motor solenoid. That is assuming there is no problem with the power supply to the starter motor unit such as a failed starter motor relay or a wiring issue.

Where it is how to fix starter relay for 1991 buick park ave

The starter relay is mounted on the starter. To replace you must remove the starter motor which is on the front side of the engine at the transmission bell housing. Make sure you disconnect the battery negative cable before you start work. Mark all starter wires and where they go on the different starter posts.

I have a 1991 Buick Park Avenue that I just changed the coil pack on. It is six cylinders. I was driving and the car just shut off with no warning. Everything continued to work on car except the engine...

If it won't turn over then what you are saying is the starter is not turning the engine over. You should clean all three of the battery cable connectors and replace bolts. If it turns over with and will not crank up and run reply, I will give you that solution.

I own a Buick Park Avenue 1990 3.8L Heater

your heater sounds like the blower motor is bad!! and for your starter!! I would say take your old starter off and take it to auto zone or advance and have them test it for free!! sounds like the solenoid or the bendix is going bad
