I installed higher amp bulbs, and my fuse blow out almost instantly, now my dashboard lights and Guage not working any more, any thoughts?

fuses are there to protect the circuit
putting in bulbs that required a bigger current draw that what the circuit was designed for will blow the bulbs
most bulb sockets will only fit the correct wattage bulbs so by fitting higher wattage bulbs there could have been a dead short
circuit boards are only very thing copper so the time taken if heating a fuse to fail point ( blowing the fuse) could have melted a section of the printed circuit causing the rest of your problems

Replace bulb holders on 2000 ford explorer upper console

Take take the bulb holder into most major auto parts stores and they usually have a help section with commonly replaced items on a car, they might just carry the bulb holders. I believe the bulbs are 194 bulbs. Buy the 194LL (Long Life) and they should last longer.

Repace and aim the High-beams on '07 Infiniti M45 ?

The headlamps are non adjustable. Because they are xenon, the government mandates that consumers not be able to adjust. It is a safety issue, and most dealers won't adjust them either. As far as changing the bulb, that shouldn't be to big a deal, just depends on how the bulbs are secured. Some have a round cap that unscrews, and some have a complicated pain in the rear metal clip. You just have to make sure if you get the bulb out not to touch it, because the oil in your skin will cause the bulb to pop. And I wouldn't suggest using any aftermarket blue lights or anything like that, I have seen several occasions where that type of bulb ran too hot and melted the wiring pigtail.
