How to change crank angle senor - 1998 Holden VT Commodore

Its the angle senor i bet at front the of engine

coil ?
crank angle senor
cam angle sensor

engine light on ..... ecu has fault codes to read
diagnostics fault code

Did you move anything to remove sensor?Check connection if you plug right.

could be a fuse, not likely. get someone to check the DFI block. Is the imobiliser faulty?

Contact you local dealer for help with repair connectors, they do make most of them.

on top of trans

could be your crank angle sensor to test .turn car on then let it warn up till it cuts out then tip cold water or hose for a couple of mins on the crank angle sensor then stop water and turn car on . if it buggard it will start as when the crank angle senors breaks or is on its way out it will start then idle for a bit then splutter run **** then stall with the cold water it instantly makes it cold again so it will start straight away and repeat the same process of stallin when warm

check starter check for low battrey volltage

Remave the battery cables from the battery and clean the connections and replace bolts. Have seen this before.

You say you changed the cam sensor. A1391 code is a crank sensor on the top of the trans. bell housing.
