If you mean an interference motor if it is a SOHC yes it is

Where is the blower motor relay for a 98 ford explorer


I had the same issue and replaced the resistor and still had the issue, found out it was the ground to the blower motor relay! cleaned the ground and hooked it back up, works like new!

Check for airflow restrictions and proper HVAC door operation. If all is well, compare blower motor current to specifications and replace motor if necessary. Also, make sure that blower is receiving proper voltage from controls.

Your ECM is reading that everything is ok. The light will stay on when the problem becomes constant. You can have the codes read safely while the motor is running.

it means that the key(s) needs to be recoded to the car,when you did the wheel you wiped the codes out.....the transponders are in the keys.
the car thinks its not you/your keys.

can't help you w/ fuse panel diagram-- but it may be your front blower motor door. sometimes they stick in the closed position. good luck!!

The 3.0 liter is a Mitsubishi design and is not a free wheeling engine or a non interference design, this does not mean the valves are bent, install the belt and then check for bent valves.
