SOURCE: My '92 325i power windows and sunroof stopped

Hi, There is a circuit board in the bonnet you need to open an check the fuses. Let your auto electrician do this for you. One of the wires is most likely burnt and needs to be changed.

SOURCE: My Battery is completely dead.

You do not need to access the battery to jump start your 7 Series. There is a metal terminal under the hood for jump starting your car or jumping another car. It is located near the passenger at the rear and has a red cap with a PLUS symbol on it. Remove the red cap and attach the postive side of the cable. Attach the negative side to the large nut just to the left.

Also, to open your trunk manually insert the metal key in the key hole next to the button that you push above your license plate.

Aftermarket Alarms are the WORST... GM are among them too... Did you cross the Wires when you jumped started it? Did you put both Cables on the Battery or did you Ground the Car with one of them and the Positive on the Battery?
If you jump started it wrong, you could have caused a problem with your ECU (Engine Control Unit), PCM (Powertrain Control Module), or BCM (Body Control Module) which if this is a Dodge, it probably the problem.

If this is a After Market System, have it Professionally Removed.

Ford alarm troubleshooting

If more than one light on the same side do not work, check grounds in the rear, most of the time the left and right sides use different grounding points. As for the Body control module, i doubt the problem is there, as there would probably more than just that going wrong if it was faulty. The BCM (body control module) is usually located under front seats, or hidden in the dash somewhere. I would like to be more precise on location, but we don't have ford galaxys in my country. Well... not any 2007 galaxys anyway, only 1970s and older. :P

I cannot find the ecm / ecu on my 2002 toyota corolla. where is it?

You can do more damage trying to fix it youself if you don't know what is really wrong. I suggest you bring it to a mechanic to check out the damage. It also could be a simple thing like replacing the fuseble Links.
First check that the battery is connected properly - to body ground and + to engine. Make sure battery is fully charged before installing. Good luck

You dont need a computer. You need a new Body Control Module. Located under the center console but forward towards the dash. A very common problem with these cars. NOT A USED ONE....A NEW ONE. They are VIN specific.

This problem is caused by the BCM, this is the "body control module" u will need the dealer to scan the module and run an active test on it to see if it responds, u can also try disconnecting the NEFATIVE battery cable for 3 minutes, this may restore function
