Passenger light want come on when i first turn on the lights a2006 town and country van

Low beam circuit is open some where, acquire a wire diagram to trace to the source, could be at the connector at the bulb easiest to check there first for ground and power to each of the wires with a test light with lights on dim then on high beam to determine which wire is low beam circuit, ground always is the black wire.

Dash Display and Blinkers going out/ HZD Fuse burrning out

sounds like a short somewhere. you need to get a diagram on the wiring system and start from there. good luck...... could also be in fuse box because one fuse dosent run all those things. usually instrument panal lights have own fuse as do brake lights and hazard lights and gauges

2006 Chrysler Town and Country blinker sometimes does not work or opposite blinker comes on. Is this caused by blinker flasher?

Hello Js.

This is a common issue with the Town & Country along with the Caravans.
The switch that activates the signals is at fault here.
It is called a multi-function switch and is available through aftermarket suppliers at a reasonable price.
It would take an experienced mechanic about a half hour to replace.

Thank you for using FixYa.
