Left side of Engine Compartment on 3.3/3.8L there is also ABS and others so make sure you get the right one. I believe the powertrain control module is near front by the battery.

Where is the trans contro module in 2002 Dodge Gr Caravan

It's located behind the front bumper on the driver's side. You need to disconnect the battery, remove the left front wheel and remove enough of the retainers for the left front wheel well [plastic] shroud, to move the shroud out of the way. This gives you access to the TCM [transmission control module aka transmission computer] Diagram linked below. See

O/D light flashes off and on so the shifting is affected. How do I fix this?

That flashes to tell you that the Transmission Control Module has sensed a malfunction and set a code. It then usually puts the transmission in "limp mode". You need a professional scan tool capable of accessing the transmission control module to read the code.

What's the difference between the PCM and Engine Control Module?

PCM stands for Powertrain Control Module, which is also referred to as the Engine Control Module. Some people still use each term, but they are the same thing. They used to be called the ECM until transmissions started being computer controlled, then they switched to calling it a PCM since it was more correct.

What is a tcm

Thanks for using FixYa. The TCM means Transmission Control Module which is part of the PCM or Power Train Control Module and is located in front of the left front tire. You can access it by removing the fender liner.
