Question about 1994 Lincoln Town Car
94 Lincoln Town Car engine stalls when slowing down or stopping after driving good for several hours. Cranks right back up. Had oil changed and SL mentioned there was evidence of "some oil leak on valve covers" but mainly around drivers side. Stalled again a few days later.
Most common cause of stalling for Lincolns in that era is the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). It regulates fuel mixture, idle speed etc. A bad TPS will usually act up in one of two ways:
