Question about 2005 Kia Amanti
Cars don't use freon any more.it's been replaced by newer chemicals that don't destroy the ozone layer; RC134A. Most likely, you have a leak somewhere, that needs to be identified and repaired. You need to find someone who can troubleshoot your system. They're quite complex systems and one needs to be certified in the field in order to service them. Once a tech has isolated the problem he can give you an estimate for the repair. There are shops that specialize in a/c that are in the yellow pages or you can go to any Kia dealer. As summer advances, wait times extend considerably as lots of folks tend to put that off, so sooner is better.
