Question about 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier
My car keys were removed from steering column while my engine was on and the vehicle was in park. There was a lot of force when this ocurred. I was able to turn off engine while adjusting the outer key ignition in the steering column. I was never able to restart the vehicle since. I can put key into ignition but Im unable to turn my key and start the engine. Any help out there.......
You apparently have the link either disconnected or bound up at the key end, it may even be disconnect or out of place. If you loosened our outherwise move the lower end switch tou may be able to realighn what is out of whack Good Luck-Ned
