It is likely that the actuator on the driver's side is jammed or out of position. Don't worry; the fix is simple and straightforward-remove the negative battery cable for half an hour to reset the computer. Once done, start the AC, and you will be able to hear the actuator adjusting, that's your AC getting ready to blow out some nice cool air.

I have the same problem. Don't know if the dealer messed it up when they changed the air filter or something else.
