Why are my electrically powered features not working, one by one ?

I need year--make--model, to look up any wiring circuits?
Any electrical component needs voltage and ground. Battery has a full charge and battery connections all good?
Pick any component, if the voltage circuit is fused, check the fuse, also, check fuse circuit for voltage. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on. I wouldn't think all fuses would blow at the same time, but, any fuse that uses ignition feed, meaning the circuit goes hot with key on, if no voltage, have to check feed to and from ignition switch. I can't rule out ignition switch, itself.
If any or all of the components are controlled by a module, I can't rule out the module? I need more vehicle info?

How to fix my rear tailgate window

check the fuse/relay. if it is neither of these check the switch with a multimeter. If you can hear the motor trying to move the glass when you try the switch it may be the regulator needs attention. It may be the motor needs to be replaced.

check fuse and relay along with the switch first then the regulator and motor afterwards. Replacing the small electronics is obviously easier than having to open up the tailgate to check the mechanics of the winedow.

2002 Envoy rear wiper and washer suddenly not working.

It sounds like you have a grounding issue somewhere. Look up a fuse diagram for the cabin fuse panel. Start from there.

I have a 2002 GMC Envoy XL that blows cold air from the rear heat vents. What could the cause be?

the heat accuator could be bad. It is a motorized part that adjusts your temprature by allowing cold or warm air flow when you adjust the temprature at the knob you are turning

I have a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan. Some time ago, the intermittent part of the wipers stopped working. Then, one power rear window and then the other stopped working (about 4-5 weeks apart). Now, the...

You're accumulating problems over time. They're not related.

The heat/air blower fan problem is a bad blower (variable) resistor n the blower fan control.

The power windows are either fuses blown or regulator motors dead - check your power accessory fuses and go from there to check the regulator motors - try junk yard(s) before paying for as new window regulator.

The intermittent feature of the wipers - check/replace the switch that controls this feature (the most likely cause).

THe problem with ALL your dashboard electrical items failing at once, then coming back to life after a restart is a 12V breaker (not a fuse) in your fuse panel - it looks like a relay, but your maintenance manual (Haynes Manuals - $20 everywhere) will identify it as a breaker - its sticking in the "off" state and needs to be replaced, OR I SUSPECT THAT: moisture gets into the car somewhere and causes the breaker to TRIP to prevent the resultant short from burning up your mini-van in a brightly-lit vehicle fire, and when you turn the van on, the breaker is tripped - you restart the vehicle,(which turns out to be the proper procedure to reset a 12V breaker), and the breaker resets, and you drive off with working dashboard controls.
