Question about 1988 Chevrolet C1500
88 chevy k1500 with 350. Idles fine, runs good no bogging or lack of power, but has a loud knocking/pinging noise at the front of the engine, timming is good, new plugs, wire, cap, rotor...
could it be the timming chain? or would the knock sensor have alot to do with it... im lost
i appreciate all the help i can get
Just for the heck of it, have you tried upiing the gasoline one grade?
