Question about 2001 Pontiac Bonneville
Had a Taurus do the same thing. The leak was under the windshield cowling on pasenger side.. The plastic had warped and the silicon seal had come open. They replaced the plastic and the seal.

Remove all 4 door panels and check the plastic sheet water deflectors, This layer of plastic is necessary to keep water from running into car. Pay attention to the bottom edge and up about 8 inches on the front and back edges. if there are any bubbled or loose sections, they need to be sealed using a body grade sealer(No Silicone)
