Question about 1999 Honda CR-V
Noise associated with door locking. Can't get the panel off to check the source of the noise. Anyone know how to get the panel off?
Assuming the door will open, look for screws in the grip openings in the armrests (some may be concealed behind plastic plugs which your carefully pry out.
The bulk of the panell attachment is by means of plastic mushrooms which snap into sockets in the body of the door. These mushrooms remain attached to the door panell.
There will also be actuator rods clipped to the interior release and lock, carefully unclip these while minding their position for reassembly.
