Rasie the hood, look behind the lamp for the wiring, squeeze the release clip on the lamp socket and pull the socket off the lamp base, wires attached.

Turn the locking ring counter clockwise (or on some models (9005, 9006), simply turn the bulb itself).

Pull the lamp straight out, holding lamps by only their bases. Do not touch the glass of the bulb as so doing may contaminate the glass and cause failure.

Insert the new bulb of the same number and reverse the steps.

You should have a 10amp headlight fuse, and two 15amp fuses - one for each side low beam. And there is a relay for each low beam plus one for the high beams. The headlight switch provides the ground circuit.
The fuses and relays are in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
Check your owners manual for details.

Right side low beam headlight is out. I replaced it. It still does not work. I am sure it is a fuse.. I do not have my owners manual to see which fuse corresponds to that head light. The high beam does...

The fuse for the right (passenger) side low beam headlamp is located in the fuse box under the hood in the engine compartment. Below I gave you a picture of the fuse layout and the fuse you are looking for is the fuse in the number 6 location and should be a 10 amp fuse. I hope you don't take this the wrong way but some people get right and left mixed up and don't understand when you are talking right and left, it's as if you are sitting in the car. I just to make sure you have the correct fuse. If you happen to be talking about the "drivers" side low beam, that fuses is in the number 1 position in that same panel. I hope this helps you and good luck.

Sometimes a ground will make the lights dim, if it is dim on one side look for the ground for that side. I had a little trouble understanding your Q. Try looking in your owners manual for location of relays
