SOURCE: my kia spectra was making a loud squeeling noise

Look at the AC pump. See if the belt is there, slipping, or the pully clutch engaging.
The center of the AC pully can be standing still while the outside turns. There is supposed to be a magnet that grabs the outside and locks it to the inside when you turn the AC on. The magnet could be bad or its clutch slipping.

Kia spectra 2008..the light that comes on when your door opens nd closes is out what and where is the fuse,

Hi. It's called a courtesy light and the location of the fuse will depend upon your vehicle make and model.

Have you checked the bulb?

Edit: It seems Kia call it a "room light" - It's likely to be a bulb problem still though:

The left and right turn signal relays are located in the body control module which, in turn, is in the instrument panel fuse box. Relay power is applied through the 10A HAZARD FUSE in the IPFB.

2004 kia spectra car cd wiring color codes

Guessing it is an EX. The instrument panel fuse box contains a 10A AUDIO fuse that supplies power on a PNK wire. There is also a 15A ROOM fuse which probably supplies dial illumination (it's also a PNK wire!). LF speaker and tweeter: YEL/BLK and BLU/RED. RF speaker and tweeter: BLK and YEL. LR speaker: BRN and WHT. RR speaker: GRN/ORG and BLU/ORG

Where is the room fuse on a 2007 kia spectra?

To the left of the steering wheel, pull off fuse cover. It is the fuse that has a special brown covering over it, and is all by itself. however, it will show you on the diagram on the back of the fusebox cover.

Kia 2004 Spectra EX heater blower fuse keeps going bad .

You will probably need to replace the blower motor itself since the motor is requiring too much current to operate. It will continue to blow fuses until repaired or replaced.
