check the timeing chain it might have broken or woren out mine is doing the same thing and it was the timeing chain

what you need to do is see if the relay fuse is good if the fuse you blow the fuse under the hood try putting a new one in if it blows take off old relay put new fuse in and buy new relay then start it up

You may have a bad speed sensor which will case these lights to stay on. The only way to check your speed sensors is to actually look at all of them. I'm sorry I could not be more help.
