Ignition coils and spark plugs are your likely culprits here. I would also look into replacing your valve cover gaskets if your coils have oil on them.

-Miss fire. Possibly due to low fuel pressure, bad injector pulse or plug wire/spark plug.
Check and replace.

Good Luck

Willthe bluebird sss oil pump fail after 20 years

It certainly could.
Also, at that age, the bearings and clearances could be getting slack so oil pressure would be expected to get lower.
If oil pressure is high when engine is cold, and low at idle when engine is hot, and high at higher RPM with hot engine, then it's more likely engine wear than bad oil pump.
Low oil pressure at high rpm with hot engine indicates failed oil pump. Best not to run when you have this condition.

What might be causing the problem listed below?

Could be bad ignition module as they have a low rpm section and a high rpm section. Low side may be failing as it heats up. Hard to test for this as parts store testers may not see the problem.

There is no power at low rpm, it misses at idle but when you get it to change down it runs fine at hi rpm

Ignition module have a low speed and high speed section. Parts stores usually test these for free.

When I start my 1990 Talon TSI runs fine as it warms up runs real rich has no power and boost is very high. At low RPM around 2500 its fine after that all hell brakes lose bogs down and wont go ?

check the air cleaner and replace if necessary. ( low air volume = rich mixture ). Check/clean exhaust system as back pressure may be too high at high rpm's. Check fuel quality and do not use e-mix fuels.

Feels like miss firing at higher speeds

Your caption says misfires at high, then you say low? You have a 95. Lots of miles I assume. So there are several things that would cause misfires at high and low. First is timing chain/belt, sloppy. Second, would be the valves and rings. Valves worn or bent, not seating right. rings just worn out, not holding compression. Do a compression test and see. Low speed or idle misfires can be from vacuum leaks. check hoses. Low and high rpm misfires can be from ignition problems. Wiring, coil/s, ignition modules.
