In the kit there are two sensor that look identical. The one for the crankshaft has a white paint mark on it near the bolt hole. Make sure that it is in the right location.

SOURCE: I have just replaced the crankshaft bearings on my Suzuki Jimny M13A and found out that when I start the engine it will not stay idle. I disconnected the sensor in front of the camshaft and it stays i
dude your electronic ignition system has gone bust... you will have to replace the engine mapping chip, but good luck finding it... I tried to no avail.

have you found out how to fix this problem? mine is doing the same thing now. we replaced the crankshaft sensor but now it is saying i have a misfire

disconnecting the battery wouldnt have made no difference ,try putting the old sensor back on and clear the codes and see what happens ,as sometimes the code comes up for no reason other than a hot car interior ,also check the part numbers on the sensors as it could be a different voltage output but dont go their as to how this can happen
