2007 xterra had trans rebuilt VDC light on constant and slip will come on and the go off no codes sowing or ABS?

I know this VDC is commonly due to a steering angle sensor.
You need to use an ABS scan tool and check for the following codes.
C1143 (steering angle sensor circuit)
C1144 (steering angle sensor signal)
C1156 (steering angle sensor com cir)
C1163 (steering angle sensor safe)

I have a 2007 Saturn Vue. When it rains my breaks will come on all by themselves, there are no lights that come on (like the ABS or any others).

I would have the steering angle sensor checked. When they go bad, They can reduce speed by apply brakes. If you have had an alignment recently, they should have reset the steering angle. Also have them check the ABS module plug for corrosion.

You don't have the ability to do but one thing

That is have a repair shop daignose & component
test according to codes using specail tools & skills

You have steering sensor, abs braking & traction or
mechanical issues, three problems maybe & only
2 that maybe be tied together

Dsc warning light on , bmw e46

Dynamic Stability Control....a derivitave of ABS / Traction control. The control unit that monitors the dynamics will most likely be sensing a difference in the measured wheel speeds. Possibly defective ABS sensor, wiring, ABS exciter ring, ABS module or steering angle sensor. Can also be triggered by wheel spin.
Have a diagnostic scan done ( cost £30 - £50 approx at good local garage) to read the fault codes first. If you get a fault code relating to "ABS module pressure sensor" the module requires replacement (common issue). Used to be a £1400 job, but repair kit now available from dealer for £180 ish and 2 hours to fit.

Where are the esp senors located on a 2006Chrysler 300 limited

There are alot of things that will make those lights turn on. Get it checked at the dealer. Could be an ABS sensor/module, could be the steering angle sensor, or other things.

This light keeps coming on... driving me nuts!

u have a 3 options
1- problem with steering wheel angle sensor it can be reset by car console if u have it
2- problem with brake fluid leak
3- problem with ABS module which will decrease brake force and expose u to a crash

this is not easy defect my friend get ur car to dealer workshop be sure that if u have case 1 or 2 also they will replace the ABS sensor module

Code c1277 (steering angle sensor)

this vehicle uses a steering control module and the antilock control module. Both modules get a signal from the steering angle sensor. We found that the steering module didnot show a steering sensor code but the ABS module did show the code.
after checking that the wiring was intact and with good continuity, it was determined that the fault lies in the ABS module.
A new ABS module and configuration confirmed the diagnosis. It's fixed!
