depending on what year truck it is, there is a 40-60amp maxi fuse in the underhood fuse block that can also blow, the harnesses get stuck on the backside of the seat tracks and blow the underhood fuses.

Tip

Some Driving precautions

Always observe the following precautions to minimize the risk of death, serious personal injury or damage to your vehicle:

In a rollover crash, an unbelted person is significantly more likely to die than a person wearing a seat belt. Therefore, the driver and all passengers should fasten their seat belts whenever the vehicle is moving

Avoid sharp turns or abrupt maneuvers, if at all possible. Failure to operate this vehicle correctly may result in loss of control or vehicle rollover causing death or serious injury.

Avoid loading any items on the roof that will raise the vehicle's center of gravity.

Always slow down in gusty crosswinds. Because of its profile and higher center of gravity, your vehicle is more sensitive to side winds than an ordinary passenger car. Slowing down will allow you to have better control.

When driving off-road, or in rugged terrain, do not drive at excessive speeds, jump, make sharp turns, strike objects etc. This may cause loss of control or vehicle rollover causing death or serious injury. You are also risking expensive damage to your vehicle's suspension and chassis.

Do not drive horizontally across steep slopes. Driving straight up or straight down is preferred. Your vehicle (or any similar off-road vehicle) can tip over sideways much more easily than forward or backward.

Good luck.

How do u remove the rear seat on 1196 honda accord?

The rear seat is four (4) pieces.
You will need two tools a 6mm and 8mm wrenches.
1.) Unbuckle the rear seat belts. 2.) Locate the bolt in the center part of the rear seat, between the cushion and the seat-back. Remove the bolt with a 6 mm socket wrench. 3.) Push down firmly on the front edge of the rear seat cushion and pull it toward you to unhook and remove the rear seat cushion. Push the seat belt stalks through the center holes and lift the cushion out of the Accord. 4.) Pull the lever on the side of the rear seat bolster to lower the rear seat-back, which must be in the down position to access its bolts. 5.) Slide the center seat belt toward the passenger side of the vehicle. Move the loop over the edge of the seat-back to prevent it from hindering removal. 6.) Remove the three bolts from the bottom edge of the rear seat-back, using an 8 mm socket wrench. One bolt is in the center; the other two bolts are on either side. 7.) Pull the rear seat-back out of the Accord. The remaining sections of the seat should be the two side bolsters. 8.) Remove the bolts from the bottom of the side bolsters with a 6 mm socket wrench. Push firmly against the first side bolster. Push it upward to slide it out of its mount. Repeat the process on the bolster on the other side to finish removing the Accord's rear seat.

This should take approximately 15-30 minutes depending hoe mechanically inclined a person is.

How to replace 3rd row seat drivers side seat belt?

Please bear with me, a lot of people don't know that if this occurs that you must start the vehicle and relax and pull out the seat belt with a firm and steady action but not to pull too fast or no yanking. You must start the vehicle to reset the security system for the vehicles safety belts to release and go back to ready to use mode

Power seat not working cadillac

Check that the seat belt mount (often solid plastic or metal that holds the button side of the belt in place next to the center console) is not pinching and preventing the seat from moving forward and back. This happens on many Fords, so it might happen on some GM's too.
If you can hold the buckle mount out of the way while someone else moves the seat backward (or forward), it usually starts working OK again until someone moves the seat to the max forward or max backward position and it gets stuck again

My front passenger seat belt doesn't work. it won't move at all. stuck with a little bit of slack. can i fix this seat belt issue myself?

You might be able to lubricate it with WD - 40 or other spray lubricant ( I prefer PB Blaster). As an alternative you can buy a replacement seat belt assembly from your local auto parts store that will bolt in place of your existing belt assembly - maybe. I have had to drill new mounting holes in vehicles in the past and the job required removal of the seat to have room for drilling. Then I used flat washers on the mounting bolt underside of car for strengthening the hold and I used blue Locktite to keep the nut on the bolt from loosening.
Hope this helps and good luck!!

I want to convert my 2008 Toyota Sienna XLE AWD from 7 passenger to 8 passenger. How do I do it?

I don't think you can. I owned a 07 EL 8 passenger, now i own a 08 EL 7 passenger and the floor hooks for the seats are located differently (the 8 passenger has an extra hook, if I remember correctly), so i don't think its possible, look at your manual and only shows how to move the seats.

Need to move front passenger seat much further back

the only way to do this is to take the seat out remove it from the rails take the rails to a machine shop and have them weld on extensions for the seat to slide on. you will also have to remove the rear seat stop so it will go further back and have them make catches in the extension for the seat to catch onto.

How do we fix front passenger side seat belt retractor on 1999 Ford Taurus? It will not pull out....

you may have to remove the bolt that holds the buckle to the floor. Try to push the belt into the retractor and see if it frees up.

I assume you are saying it is in the locked mode. It has an automatic lock mode for holding a child seat. When the belt is pulled all the way out, it goes into locking mode. You will hear it ratchet when the belt starts going back in.

Section 01-20A: Restraints, Active 1999 Taurus, Sable Workshop Manual
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION Safety Belt, Lap/Shoulder The dual locking mode retractor on the shoulder belt portion of the combination lap/shoulder safety belt for the front seat passenger and rear seat outboard passengers operates in two ways:
 1. In the vehicle sensitive (emergency locking) mode, the shoulder belt retractor will allow the occupant freedom of movement, locking tight only on hard braking, hard cornering or impacts of approximately 8 km/h (5 mph) or more. The front and rear outboard seat belt retractors can also be made to lock by pulling/jerking on the belt.
 1. In the automatic locking mode, the shoulder belt retractor will be automatically locked and remain locked when the combination lap/shoulder safety belt is buckled and does not allow the occupant freedom of movement. This mode provides tight lap/shoulder belt fit on the occupant and on a child safety seat or infant carrier installation restraint.
 1. When the combination lap/shoulder belt is unbuckled and allowed to retract completely, the retractor will switch to the vehicle sensitive (emergency) locking mode.
sxh~us~en~file=ani_caut.gif~gen~ref.gif WARNING: REAR-FACING INFANT SEATS SHOULD NEVER BE PLACED IN THE FRONT SEATS.
The automatic locking mode must be used when installing a child safety seat on the front passenger seat and rear outboard seats where dual locking retractors are provided
