Either your power booster behind the master has failed or the vacuum line or check valve is restricted or leaking.

How to replace sideview mirror motor on95 Riviera

You don't replace the motor. Replace the entire mirror. If you want to replace just the motor, you have to remove the mirror first and they break. Either the mirror will break or the tabs that hold the mirror to the motor.

I have a Buick Reveria and my break light always pop up with this dining sound, whats the problem?

Not sure if it's safe. Is it the ABS (anti-lock brake system) light?
Anyway, have it checked ASAP. One thing you could check is your brake fluid level in the brake's master cylinder. Are your brakes normal?

I have a 96 ford explorer xlt 4wd with ABS. When I bought it it had a broken back break line. I replaced the line blead the breaks and the breaks are spongy. I googled the issuse and found out it could be...

Check your parking brake. if it goes down to the floor or does not hold, then your back brakes needs adjusted. bad master cylinders bleed off slowly to the floor while pushing on the brake pedal. If you need assistance on adjusting let me know.

How long should it take to put a brake cylinode on a 1996 Buick Riviera.

Good Evening. That is a very good question, and it mainly depends on your level of skill and use of tools. Also on how stuck everything is. I would safely say you should be able to change it in under an hour if the brake line doesn't break that goes into it. Hope this helps my advice is to start soaking where the lone goes into the wheel cylinder a few days before you do it. Any more questions feel free to ask.

Soft break peddel

Sounds like you have a vacuum booster issue or a brake master cylinder going out. If you know of an independent mechanic the Vacuum Booster test is simple. It is recommended to replace both the booster and the master cylinder at the same time.

1989 Chevy pickup we replaced all of the break lines and master

There is probably still just some air in the system, it only takes a small amount to have no pedal. Did you bench bleed the master cyl before installing? Start bleeding the brakes again, start with the wheel the greatest distance from the master cyl. bleeding until no air is evident, working your way closer to the master cyl, doing the closest wheel to it last. Check all the new brake line connections. A slightly loose connection would allow air into the system, making it impossible to bleed it all out. Make sure the master cyl level never drops too low, or you will be pulling in air and have to start all over. Good luck.

Rear window replacement for a 1982 Buick Riviera

We will assume that you have the glass for replacement. Fish a very small screwdriver or a stiff wire in the rubber gasket down into the bottom of the glass and back up inside. Use the hole to fish a strong piece of fishing line through the hole created by the wire. Now push or pull the old glass out while opening the gasket (spreading it apart) with the fish line. Once out, grease the gasket with vaseline, wheel bearing grease or silicone grease and insert the new glass, spreading the gasket as before. This will work, it may take some help on the other side of the glass. Try not to screw up the gasket, if you cut it, replace it while the glass is out. RTV will ensure a watertight seal.
