Question about 1999 Jeep Wrangler
No Codes or dash lights appear, Jeep dies while driving, no coughing, sputtering, or warning. She just shuts off. I have replaced fuel pump-sending unit assembly, coil and tonight the fuel pump relay fuse. I haven't test driven since the relay switch replacement. Battery and Tune up less than a yr old. I have removed my heavy key ring from the ignition as well. Please email me at donna.michelle.smith at gmail.com Thank u
If it was fuel related it would have sputtered as it ran out of gas. I think it is lack of spark caused by a failing crankshaft or camshaft position sensor.

If the fuel stop flowing it will die down immediately as well as with a wire not making proper contact, the sensors on the crank and cam was mentioned as they will also give problems while moving. you do not mention if it is ok when it stands and you rev it for some time with short bursts. Make sure all earth wires are in good repair.

Sounds good ninemil, I would also check for any bent or disconnected fuel lines that would restrict the fuel flow as well. I do not know if this has a fuel pump assembly but you should be able to hear it actuate on when the key is in the "on" position. How did it act before you shut it off? Was it harder to start? Make sure you buy a high quality pump (Carter) many of those cheaper brands will fail trust me.
