Question about 1993 Chevrolet Suburban
I have a 1993 Chevy Suburban, 5.7L 2wd. Only when i press the gas, i hear a sqweak sqweak sqweak that speeds up as the engine rpms go up, and fades oout as I go faster. Not while rolling, not in reverse, not in nuetral reving the engine. Just when I accelerate while driving. I think its the U-Joint, but I wanted another opinion :)
Most likely your U joint, if it's a grease able U joint you can try greasing it and see if the noise goes away but your going to have to replace it. Once it starts making the noise it gone to far and needs to be replaced. Good luck and hope this helps.
