Question about 1993 Toyota Camry V6
Changed the Mass Air Flow and the oxygen sensor both upper and lower. what else could it be....Catalytic converter is okay
Vacuum leaks, or leaks after the MAF sensor. Exhaust leaks, intake leaks. Wiring for MAF and O2

sounds like the IAC (idle air control valve) or possibly a vaccum leak. As far as the cat. converter not ready, the vehicle must be driven a certain distance or go through a certain amount of drive cycles for all the systems to be monitered. Most of the time i just take the vehicle for a 50 mile drive on the freeway and that usually does it.

These have to be replaced. Clean the intake/throttle area, and a new set of plugs. See if that helps, it sounds like one of the plugs don't have a great spark to fire off when you accelerate.

Dirty air filter? Clogged fuel filter? Low fuel pressure from worn out pump? Is the Check Engine light on? If it is, have you had it scanned to see what fault codes are stored in the computer?

You need a catalytic conveyer.
Before you buy one contact your local dealer. These are covered under the federal emissions warranty for at least 8 years or 80,000 miles.
The upstream O2 sensor has nothing to do with monitoring the cat. The downstream O2 sensor is the sensor that monitors the cat.
The MAF sensor would set lean codes if it where bad or dirty and you would have noticed a lack of power under acceleration if it where really bad.
The gas cap has nothing to tpdo with tailpipe emissions so I'm not sure why that was replaced.
I guess what I am getting at is you could have put all the money you a lady spent towards a cat and the problem would have been solved.

On the inlet flex hose coming from the Air Filter to the Throttle Body, there is attached with 2 tiny screws the AIR FLOW METER,or by the side of the Throttle body,remove it carefully and remove the "O" Rings and use a carburator cleaner and clean the inside of it where the Hot-Wire is as the dust picked up by the filter will seat on the Hot wire and cause the false message sent to the ECU and makes car goes very slowly .

Mass air flow sensor
A mass air flow (MAF) sensor output that causes the PCM to sense a lower than normal air flow will cause a lean condition. Try operating the vehicle within the Failure Records conditions with the MAF sensor disconnected. If the lean or misfiring condition is not present with the MAF sensor disconnected, replace the Mass Airflow Sensor Replacement .
Damaged accessory drive belt or driven accessory
A damaged serpentine belt or belt driven accessory can cause engine load variations sufficient to set a misfire DTC.
Air induction system
Vacuum leaks that cause intake air to bypass the MAF sensor will cause a lean condition. Check for disconnected or damaged vacuum hoses, incorrectly installed or malfunctioning crankcase ventilation valve, or for vacuum leaks at the throttle body, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve, and intake manifold mounting surfaces.
Perform a fuel system pressure test. A malfunctioning fuel pump, a plugged filter, or a malfunctioning fuel system pressure regulator will contribute to a lean condition. Refer to Fuel System Diagnosis .
Refer to Fuel Injector Solenoid Coil Test .
Water contamination in the fuel system can cause a single cylinder to misfire as well as cause a random misfire, refer to Alcohol/Contaminants-in-Fuel Diagnosis .
Check for leaking valve, adapter, or feed pipes which will contribute to a lean condition or excessive EGR flow.
Excessive Open Loop operation caused by extended idling or short trip driving may leave deposits on the heated oxygen sensors. The deposits cause oxygen sensors to respond slowly to exhaust oxygen content, affecting fuel control and causing a misfire to be indicated at idle. This condition is not permanent. To determine if this condition is causing the DTC P0300 to set, review the Freeze Frame/Failure Records for DTC P0300. If the DTC P0300 occurs at high engine speeds, the condition described above did not cause the DTC to set. If the DTC P0300 occurs at idle or very low engine speeds and at engine coolant temperatures below 80?°C (176?°F), the condition described above is very likely the cause of the DTC to set. The deposits on the heated oxygen sensors can be eliminated by operating the vehicle fully warm at mass air flows above 15 g/s.

- Excessive Fuel Consumption Possible causes - Intake air leaks
