Question about 2009 Mazda CX-9
The automatic window will roll down. When you attempt to roll it up, there is a grinding sound and th ewindow will not move.
You will most likely need to replace a part called the window regulator, it is the mechanism that moves the window. As it is a fairly complicated job to replace the regulator have my guess confirmed by a trusted repair shop or the dealer.

I have only owned the car for 4 months, the only thing that bothers me is poor gas mileage. I am only averaging about 13 miles per gallon in mixed driving.
