Presuming your car is fitted with the automatic heating/cooling system.
There is only one fan controls the heating/cooling system the distribution from this to the various vents is controlled by a series of electronic flaps which open or close dependent on the temperature selected at the control unit.
If the motor is running and the drivers side is receiving cooling it may be a problem with the control unit or a flap has stuck open.
Replace the control unit first as the flaps are a citroen job.
Control unit is the bit with the temperature displays etc.

2010 Lincoln MKS Heated Seat on driver's side stopped working (Light in button turns off on its' own)

The most common cause of this problem is that the drivers seat heater grid is open or burned out. That is based on 25 years as a Ford dealer technician.

There most likely 2 blend doors and most of the time you can't get to one because it's further under the dashboard while one is fairly close to the glove compartment.
If it's not the one near the glove compartment then you most likely will have to remove your dashboard to get to the second one.

I need to know where thermostat is located..... My heater is blowing cold air!

The thermostat is not what regulates the heater in the car! It only regulates the flow of water to the front radiator to cool the engine. Your problem is with the heater core under the passenger side of the dashboard! If the heater valve that is mounted on one of the two hoses that go through the firewall is not functioning, hot water from the engine will not get to that core and the inside fan will deliver cold air. Get it checked out, now that you know (and hopefully, understand).

A/C circulation is poor. Had to clean out several

I'm not specifically familiar with the Malibu, but I've cleaned out a nest or two. I think you're on the right track. On most GMs you need to pull up the plastic panel just below the passenger side windshield wiper. You might have to take the whole wiper arm off first. Under the panel, you should be able to see the blower fan. You may not be able to reach the fan, but you should be able to see it. This is a common nesting area for a car that hasn't moved much. Maybe someone else will have a more detailed answer.

Heater problems

Probably passenger temp actuator. Make sure connectors are fully seated on right I/P junction block. If they are, it's more than likely a faulty actuator. Dash pad and air distribution ductwork have to be removed to access actuator.

Air Conditioner blows hot on one side after battery DC

You need to replace the driver side temperature door control actuator. While doing this... make sure you bolt the new one in AND THEN PLUG IT IN or it will spin and not line up in the right place... then there is a series of crazy steps to fix that problem.
