A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

07187C This is a special policy bulletin number that covers you instrument cluster issue. If you truck is under 70k miles GM will pay for a new cluster and install it free. If your between 70 and 80k miles you will have to pay for the labor and GM will cover the cluster. You will have to check with your local dealership to find out if you fall into the replacement policy.

I don't think this is a common problem for this truck . To check for a recall you will need your vin # . you need to call a GM dealer (service dept) and ask them to check for open recalls . they should do this for you over the phone (if there is and open recall they will want you to set up and appt to have it completed) i searched my data base on ALL DATA and did not fine a TSB ( tecinal service bulltins) or recall campaign for any type of tail light repair .
